Careers for Her, is the first virtual career fair that is designed to advance women in business. The virtual conference and career fair will bring business professionals of all levels together with top organizations online.

While women represent nearly half of the total Egyptian. Women share 21 % of the Labor force. Empowering women and integrating them as active participants in the economy is essential to promoting economic growth in Egypt. According to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) raising the female labor force participation rate to the male level, coupled with access to employment opportunities, would increase GDP by approximately 34%percent.
